Objectives. At the end of the 40-hour seminar/workshop, the participants shall be able to:
  * prepare an instructional objective;
  * develop a content outline;
  * develop an instructional plan;
  * audit an instructional plan;
  *prepare lesson plans.

Methodology. A combination of lecture-discussion, individual presentation, group presentation, self-assessment, critiquing, role playing and demonstration.
