TRAINER'S TRAINING

Objectives. At the end of the seminar/workshop, the participants shall be able to:
  * Determine their learning and trainer styles;
  * Develop and present a teaching module; and
  * Speak with sense, rapport and confidence.

Methodology. A combination of lecture-discussion, individual presentation, group presentation, self-assessment, critiquing, role playing and demonstration.

Who should attend. This program is designed for supervisors, foremen and personnel who are directly involved in the transfer of knowledge and skill to others.
