ISO AWARENESS

Description.
An all-too-common mistake is to invest heavily in implementing a quality system but overlooking one of the most important and critical ingredients - the employees. If the quality imperative isn't embedded in the corporate culture, the commitment level needed to sustain the initiative will fall short. We understand the importance of buy-in and recognizes that people like to be part of the team.

This Awareness Training explains the significance of an organization's quality system and how each employee's function affects it. It identifies the tasks that need to be completed for compliance (ex: writing procedures, training people, creating records, and implementing software/hardware systems).

Objectives. At the end of the seminar, the participants shall be able to:
   * appreciate the importance of having an established Quality
Management System(QMS) in accordance with the requirements
      of ISO 9001:2000 standard; and
   * determine what needs to be done in order to meet the requirements
      of the standard.
