INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT ENHANCEMENT

Description. No quality management system can fulfill its potential unless it is regularly monitored. This intensive two-day course teaches delegates how to conduct internal auditing to best effect.

Objectives. At the end of the 16-hr seminar/workshop, the participants shall be able to:
   - Identify the parameters critical to the effective implementation of
      internal quality audit;
   - Appreciate the Internal Quality Auditor's role in continually
      improving the effectiveness of the QMS;
   - Pinpoint areas for improvement in the conduct of IQA in their
      respective organizations.

Instruction Method. A combination of lecture-discussion, workshop, individual/group exercises, and critiquing of audit results.
