PROJECT PROPOSAL PREPARATION

Description. The approval, implementation or the success of projects depend on a great extent to the amount of thought, efforts and research placed in the preparation of project proposals. Often, projects fail because of carelessness or lack of foresight by the proponent during the project's formulation and conceptualization stage. The focus of the seminar-workshop will be on the approaches and systematic techniques to the preparation of coherent project proposals.

Objectives. At the end of the seminar-workshop, the participants will be able to: · Be oriented on the different project stages;
· Be oriented on the different approaches to project proposal preparation;
· Identify and apply the different techniques for effective project identification and
  formulation;
· Effectively present project proposals.

Methodology. The seminar-workshop will make use of substantial input sessions, presentations, discussions, and group work.

Who should attend. Open to all professionals and those individuals who are interested to learn the different approaches and systematic techniques on developing a coherent project proposal.
