EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  * analyze employee performance systematically; and
  * determine ways on how to improve the employee performance
     management system of the organization.

Methodology. A combination of lecture-discussion, individual presentation, group presentation, self-assessment, critiquing, role playing and demonstration.


Who should attend. Anyone who is responsible for managing or developing the performance of others finds this course useful. In addition, those who are involved in designing or setting up a performance management process, developing others to manage performance or who have others reporting to them, will benefit.
