BASIC DESKTOP PUBLISHING

Description. This course introduces an overview of the features of Pagemaker as a powerful Windows-based desktop publishing software. Hands-on exercises will be used to maximize learning. Each participant will be provided with a PC workstation during the whole duration of the training.

Objective. At the end of the course, the participants will be able to acquire working knowledge and skills in creating brochures, fliers, business advertisements, and many other functional documents using Pagemaker.

Pre-requisites. Participants must have a working knowledge of Windows environment. It is also expected that participants have basic keyboard and mouse operation skills.

Who should attend. This course is intended for anyone who wants to have a basic knowledge and skills in desktop publishing. This course will suit people who are confident in their use of a PC.
