CURRENT GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES(cGMP)

Description: This course covers information related to good manufacturing practices within the food industry. Good manufacturing practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. GMPs are the key to keeping customers safe and healthy and your employees within compliance to government regulations.

Objective.
To be able to understand the basic requirements for current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and to gain knowledge of GMP inspection procedures and approaches to corrective action ( when necessary)

Who should attend. Food handlers, food processing line workers, sanitation/plant hygiene supervisors, QA/QC personnel, and production managers/supervisors wanting assistance in complying with government's Food GMP regulation.

Methodology. Lecture-discussion with visual aids (slides and film-showing) and mini- workshops with output processing.
