is an alliance of 32 scientific and professional organizations
in Central Visayas. It was formally organized on July
1986 and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission
as a non-stock, non-profit, scientific and professional
organization on February 1, 1989 and was duly recognized by
the Department of Science and Technology as a science
foundation. It is also an accredited training institution of
the Civil Service Commission. |
