COSPO strives to serve its 31 member organizations by enhancing and upgrading the standards of science and technology profession to equip its members with the tools and expertise to make them more competitive.

   The organization regularly implements manpower development activities and actively disseminates information through symposia, lectures, interviews, fora, seminars and workshops not only to its members but also to private, government, academe and non-government institutions.
